My first internship was in Mr. Vogels, 5th grade math/science classroom. The internship lasted 7 weeks, from October 14th - December 4th, 2025. During the internship I was able to walk around and greet all of the students as they entered the classroom.  Then I was able to observe/ lead morning routines, small group activities, and different Math lessons.  While leading the students in their morning routines, I gained experience being the person in charge of a class, even tho Mr. Vogel was in the room as well. I learned a lot about teaching and the importance of having good classroom management.
